What is the Rosemount 03031 LCD Display (LCD Meter)?

  • The 03031 “LCD meter” is a local display module designed for Rosemount transmitters (such as the Model 3051) to show process readings and diagnostic messages locally.
  • It is not a standalone transmitter; rather, it is installed on or integrated into the transmitter electronics housing as a visual readout.

  • After installation, the meter must be configured (scale, units, decimal point, etc.) using a HART communicator (e.g. Model 275) or AMS software.
  • Because the meter is ESD sensitive, special handling precautions must be observed when installing or servicing it.
